The death has taken place of Laura Barrett (Buckley) (née Lombard), Gortnagraige, Mallow and formerly, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, who passed away peacefully, on January 26th 2024, at Fairyhill Nursing Home, Mallow, beloved wife and dear friend of the late Joe Barrett and Cornelius Buckley, loving mother of Katherine (Dolly), Mary, Geraldine, Dan, Con, Anne, Eileen, Noelle and Laura and sister of the late Lily and Peggy. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Monday (January 29th) from 6pm to 7.30pm followed by Removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday (January 30th) at 2pm.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
