Laurence Gerard (Larry) Reid

Laurence Gerard Reid, “Larry”, passed away peacefully at home in Rugby, Warwickshire, UK on 3rd June 2024 aged 89 years, with family by his side. Formerly of Ardbeg Road, Artane, Dublin. Beloved husband of the late Margaret and much-loved dad of Geraldine & Laurence. Pre-deceased by brothers and sisters Patty, Christy, Martin, Ann, Ita and nephew Stephen. A brother-in-law to Diane. Uncle and great-Uncle to nephews and nieces in Ireland and UK. Missed by friends, neighbours and parishioners.

Grateful thanks to all Consultants, Doctors and Nursing staff at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) and Rugby Hospital of St Cross for care over many years. Thanks to relatives and friends for their support.

A Life Celebration Funeral Mass was held at 12 noon on Monday 15th July 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lime Tree Avenue, Bilton, Rugby, followed by cremation.
