Lawrence Smyth

The death has occurred at his home in Killult, Falcarragh of Dr. Lawrence Smyth DPhil. Donegal Person of the Year 1979, former teacher in PCC Falcarragh and esteemed member of the IARC.

Predeceased by his brother Raymond. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Rosaleen; his family Greg, Chris and Patricia; his brother Con and sister Mary. Larry will be missed by all his family, neighbours, teaching colleagues, IARC members and many friends throughout the country.

Lawrence's remains are reposing at his home in Killult. Rosary both nights at 8pm. Funeral from there on Tuesday 15th June going to St. Finian's Church, Falcarragh, for 11.00am requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
