LEIGH TROY SCANLON

The death has occurred of our beloved daughter Leigh Troy Scanlon on the 12th of September 2024. Leigh passed away peacefully in the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden surrounded by her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her granny Maura.

 

Leigh will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother Alex and father Ollie and big brother Aidan, grandparents Tony and Jackie and grandad Liam and her extended family home and abroad and her wide circle of friends.

 

Leigh’s family would like to thank on Garda Siochana, the National Ambulance Service, the doctors and nurses in C.U.H., Temple Street and Crumlin Hospitals and especially the team of doctors and nurses on the ECMO team in Sweden.

 

Family Flowers Only. Donations in lieu of flowers to SEKMO, Sweden who’s care for Leigh was exceptional.

DONATE IN MEMORY OF LEIGH

 

Leigh will repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton on Friday 27th from 6pm-7.30pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Saturday 28th at 11am in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Mass will be available to view live on the Parish TV Saorview Channel and on www.midletonparish.ie
