Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s home 16 Chestnut Close, Cluain Ard, Cobh. Much-loved mother of Karen, Anthony, Deborah and Stephen and dear sister of the late Johnny and Bart McCarthy. Lena will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughters, brothers Andrew and Pat, sisters Kay, Angela and Bernie, her grandchildren Daniel, Aoife, Chloe, Amy, Sarah, Darragh, Conor, Tadhg and Judy, daughter in law Michelle, Stephen's fiancée Tara, Karen's partner Kevin and Deborah's partner Harry, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

May Lena Rest in Peace

Lena will repose at her daughter's home, 16 Chestnut Close, Cluain Ard, on Sunday, 2nd July, from 4.00 p.m. with prayers at 6.00 p.m. Removal from her daughter's home on Monday, 3rd July, at 1.30 p.m. for 2.00 p.m. Requiem Mass in St Colman’s Cathedral, followed by a cremation service at Rocky Island Crematorium at 4.00 p.m. which will be livestreamed on www.islandcrematorium.ie.

Lena's Requiem Mass will be livestreamed on www.cobhcathedralparish.ie.
