Leo HOANG

HOANG, Leo, late of Firhouse, Dublin, passed away suddenly on the 4th of April 2025. Beloved son of Soi Ming Hoang and Linh Lugia, and loving brother of Kevin Hoang and Kellie Hoang. He will be missed by his father, mother, brother, sister, aunties, uncles, cousins and all his big family and his wide circle of friends.

 

Leo was a smart, funny and quick-witted young man. Always brought laughter and humour to everyone in the room. He was always there to offer support and help to those around him. Leo was well-travelled, experiencing every corner of the world and sharing amazing stories.

 

He excelled in his academic studies, achieving full marks in his Leaving Certificate, following a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Engineering at UCD – of which his family is extremely proud. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Leo’s Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday (April 15th), from 11am to 1pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 VO46, followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery, Bohernabreena. Following the burial, there will be a Buddhist ceremony held at the Minh Tam Pagoda, Malahide Road Industrial Park, Coolock, Dublin 17.
