Leo MOONEY

Leo Mooney of Killiney, Co. Dublin, died suddenly, but peacefully on Friday, 28th April, 2023, under the excellent care of the staff in ICU at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Loving husband of Gemma and father of Rebecca, Shane and Caroline, father-in-law of Jimmy and Orla, adored Grandad of Jenna and Jessica, Caoimhe, Seán and Líadh, Abigail, Samuel and Zachary and brother of the late Marie Monaghan; he will be sadly missed by his family, Caroline’s partner Seán and by his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and his beloved Truffles.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Thursday evening (May 4) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (May 5) at 10.00am in the Church of the Assumption, Castle Street, Dalkey, followed by Committal Service in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W. For those who are unable to attend, the mass may also be viewed live on the following LINK.
