Lesa Murphy (nee Carolan) 19 St. Patrick's Terrace, Cavan, Monday February 23rd 2026, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne.

Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Mary Carolan and Betty Clarke, her grandmother Maureen Clarke and all the deceased members of the Clarke and Carolan families.

Lesa was dearly loved and will be very sadly missed by her loving husband Patrick, her daughter Danielle, son Patrick, her adored grandchildren Rían, Líadh and Oisín, son in law Carl, brothers Niall (Aisling) and Mickey, sisters Leonie (Ciaran) and Kathy (Tom), uncles and aunts, mother in law Kathleen, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, all her extended family, good neighbours, work colleagues and many friends. May she rest in peace.

Lesa will repose at the home of her brother Niall and sister in law Aisling (H12R652) on Wednesday evening from 4pm until 8pm and again on Thursday evening from 4pm until 8pm. House private to family at all other times. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30am, travelling via her home in St.Patrick's Terrace, to the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock. Burial will take place afterwards in Cullies Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Cúan Cancer Centre, Cavan c/o Mc Mahon Funeral Directors, Farnham Rd, Cavan or any family member.
