Fagan Coughlan, Lesley (late of Sundale Walk, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and formerly of Sundrive Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12) - April 18th 2025. Passed away peacefully at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Lesley will be sadly missed by her loving husband David, daughter Amy, mam Audrey, dad Pat, brothers Patrick and Christopher, grandad Mick, parents in law, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and a large and wide circle of friends.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of The Osbourne Ward and Dialysis Unit of Tallaght Hospital and the staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross for the care and compassion shown to Lesley during her illness.

Reposing at her family home (D12 E2H2) on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm. A celebration of Lesley's life will take place on Thursday afternoon in Newlands Cross Crematorium at 2:30pm Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
