Leslie Scanlon
Leslie Scanlon of Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Shankill, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on 7th March 2026, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Nancy, dearly loved Dad of Les, Sandra, Karen and the late Spanner, adored Grandad of Stacey, Stefi, Shane, Tasha, Lee, Vikki, Sophie, Shannon, Kellie and Chelsea and great-Grandad of Archie, Harper, Eddie, Evie, Ella, Blake, Carson, Mia and Thea; lovingly remembered by his daughters-in-law Catherine and Lesley, sons-in-law Christy and Paddy, Les’s partner Kate, sister Marie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home on Wednesday (11th March) from 1.00pm. Walking from Castle Street on Thursday (12th March) at 9.45am to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 10.00am followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery.
