Liam Brassil

Liam Brassil of Caherwisheen and formerly Edward Street, Tralee and Castleshannon, Causeway, Co. Kerry, died peacefully at home on 4th March 2025, beloved husband of Peggy (nee Brosnan), adored father of Margaret, Noreen, Moira, John, Ber, Paula, Lorna & Michelle, brother of the late Denis, Noel, Breda and Sean and father-in-law of the late Paddy, Karl & Gerry.

Sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, sons-in-law Ger, Johnny, Denis, Brian & Denis, daughter-in-law Noreen, brother-in-law Brendan, sisters-in-law Jane & Maureen, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Thursday (6th March) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Friday morning at 9.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Liam will be celebrated at 10 a.m. (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Annagh Cemetery.
