The death has occurred of Liam Burke, Cooraclare, peacefully at his home, in the care of his loving family following a battle with illness, bourne with courage and dignity. Predeceased by his parents Paddy & Mary Kate. Sadly missed by his loving wife Martina, son James, partner Sinéad Hayes, daughters Sinéad, partner Séan McInerney, and Niamh, sisters Lourda (Miltown), brother-in-law Gerry Burke, and Imelda, partner Johnny Casey, parents-in-law, Michael and Monica O’Loughlin, Ennis, brothers-in-law Christy, Haulie and David O’Loughlin, nieces Helen, Ciara, Sarah and nephew Gearóid, cousins, extended family, neighbours, and many great friends, Cooraclare GAA and West Clare farming community.

Respoing at his residence in Cooraclare V15 V832 on Thursday, 20th June, from 5pm – 8pm. Arriving at St Senan’s Church, Cooraclare on Friday morning, 21st June, for 11am mass and onto his final resting place at Kilmacduane Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on the Cooraclare/Cree Facebook page. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society, in appreciation for the excellent care Liam received in his final days. House strictly private on Friday morning.
