Liam Butler
BUTLER, Liam (Newcastle, Co. Dublin) January 21st, 2026, peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Tallaght Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Veronica (Chickie) and much loved father of Melissa, Karl, Colin and Elaine. Sadly missed by his loving children, grandchildren Sarah, Jayden, Zoe, Lia and Adam, daughter-in-law Joanne, sisters Irene, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his parents Irene and Thomas, sister Marie and brother Christy (Lolly).

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Celbridge on Monday evening (26th January) from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday afternoon (27th January) to St. Finian’s Church, Newcastle arriving for Funeral Mass at 12.30pm followed by burial in Newcastle Cemetery.
