Liam, in his 92nd year, passed away on 30th January 2026, peacefully, in the presence of his family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Castlecomer District Hospital. Predeceased by his son Billy. Beloved husband of Iris and much loved father of Eamonn, Gerry, Mark, Fiona, Fintan and Jenny. Liam will be dearly missed by his loving family, brothers Larry and Seamie, sisters Carmel and Margaret, sons-in-law John and Graham, daughters-in-law Lorendana, Julie, Gill and Karen, grandchildren Shauna, Ben, Chandon, Ciarán, Roisín, Tadgh, Niamh, Amber, William, Aimee and Alannah, great grandchildren Finn and Aria, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, friends and the members of Bennettsbridge GAA Club.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Monday (2nd Feb) from 4pm to 8pm with Prayers recited at 6.30pm. Removal from his residence in Woodlawn on Tuesday morning to St. Bennett's Church, Bennettsbridge arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.
