LIAM DORGAN "Suaimhneas", Garryowen, Cloyne, Co Cork (formerly of Dorgan’s Bar and Irish Life).

 

Liam passed away peacefully on February 12th, 2025 in his 99th year, surrounded by his family, in the care of the wonderful staff of Cork University Hospital.

 

Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Harney) and loving father of Therese (Cahill), Michael, Ann, Liam and Colm. Predeceased by his sisters Anne (Barry) and Ella (Motherway) and his brothers Michael and Philly.

 

Sadly missed by his family, sons in law Donie and Brendan, daughters-in-law Ellen, Ann and Julie, his 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Anne, Nora and Josephine; brother-in-law Dick; nephews, nieces, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing in Hyde's Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25 VW02 on Friday, 14th February from 5pm to 7 pm, followed by reception into St. Colman’s Church, Cloyne.

 

Requiem Mass at 12pm on Saturday, 15th February followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
