Liam passed away on the 18th of October 2025, peacefully in the tender care of staff at University Hospital Waterford, predeceased by his parents Philip and Mary, brothers John and Philip, sisters Patricia O'Regan and Theresa Fitzgerald and other members of the Duggan Family.

Liam is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his brothers George, Noel, Anthony, Eugene, Michael and Leonard, sisters Rita, Eleanor, Ursula, Biddy and Mary Carmel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family and friends.

Liam will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Monday evening, 20th October from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, 21st October in St. Mary's Parish Church, Dungarvan. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
