Liam Flynn

Flynn Liam, Raheny, Dublin 5 and late of the Irish Press and former Captain and honorary life vice-president of the Dublin Journalist Golf Society. 13th November 2024. Peacefully, in the care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brothers Dessie and Sean and infant sister Phyllis. Beloved husband of Eithne. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, children Niall, Carol, Declan, Orla and Aisling, daughter-in-law Angela, sons-in-law Richard and Ronan, his adored grandchildren Gareth, Emily, Katie, Holly, Charlie, Tara, Ellie, Eve, Lucia, Dylan and Jude, sisters Betty, Eithne and Pat, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Monday, 18th November, from 4pm to 6pm. Removal to Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace Church, Raheny on Tuesday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.
