The death has occurred of
Liam JACOB
Jacob Liam, 5th Feb, 2018 (Old Bawn, Tallaght and formerly of Clanbrassil Street) (peacefully), surrounded by his children and grandchildren; beloved husband of the late Ann, devoted son of the late Fred and Sheila, loving da of Paula, Deirdre, Liam (Jnr), Edward, Lil, Pamela and loving grandad (da) of Aaron, Christian, Toni, Christopher, Amelia (Gozzy) and baby Liam. Sadly missed by his loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Joan, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Funeral Mass on Thursday afternoon at 1pm in St. Martin de Porres Church, Aylesbury and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross and The Irish Cancer Society.
