Murrough Avenue, Renmore, Galway and formerly of New Road, Galway City.

Liam passed away peacefully on the 29th May 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff of The Galway Hospice.

Pre-deceased by his son Gregory in 2023.
Beloved husband of Mary and dearly loved father of Jonathan, Richard and Joanne.
Liam will be deeply missed by his loving family, his grandchildren Georgia, Malcolm and Justin,
daughter-in-law Jenny, son-in-law Ronan, sisters Rita (Gilmore), Loyola and Valerie, brothers David
and Gary, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Liam Rest in Peace

Reposing in Áras Naofa in the grounds of St. Oliver Plunkett Church Renmore from 5pm on Monday
2nd June. Removal at 6.30pm to adjoining church. Requiem Mass for Liam in St. Oliver Plunkett’s
Church on Tuesday 3rd June at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Rinville Cemetery, Rinville, Oranmore
where Liam will be laid to rest with his beloved son Gregory.
