Liam (Leo) Stout

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Liam (Leo) Stout, Silverheights, Silversprings, Cork, Late of Orrery Road, Gurranabraher, who passed away on the 3rd March 2026, peacefully after a short illness bravely borne surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful and exceptional care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital. Liam, dearly beloved husband of Kathleen (Kay) (née Sexton). Devoted father of Martina, Michelle and Karen. Predeceased by his brother James and sister Marie.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren Kevin, Cian, Danielle, Zoe, Jack, Leo, sons-in-law Thomas and Pat, sisters Amelia, Kathleen, brothers John, Thomas, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home, Knights Hill, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork, on Thursday 5th March, from 5-6pm, with prayers at 5:45pm.
Requiem Mass on Friday 6th March 2026 at 11.00am at the Church of Our Lady Crowned, Mayfield, which will be live-streamed at the following link: Here Followed by burial in St. Catherine’s Cemetery Kilcully.
