The death has occurred of Liam Mc Caul, Carrickasedge, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully at his home, 23rd July 2021.

 

Predeceased by his father Willie, his mother May and his brother Pat. Deeply regretted by his wife Mary, daughters Anne-Marie and Brighid, son Gerard, brothers Brendan and Martin, sisters Mary, Margaret, Agnes, Angela and Geraldine, grandchildren Féilim, Bríain, Maebh, Hannah, Éanna and Heidi, sons-in-law Philip and Brian Óg & Gerard's partner Inna. Sadly missed by his sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings a private funeral mass will take place for family in St. Patrick's Church, (The Rockchapel) Upper Magheracloone, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message in the 'Condolences' section below.

 

Liam's funeral cortège will travel on Sunday afternoon from approximately 12.20 pm via Killygally to Liam's childhood home in Clontrain and the Priest's Cross (Scoil Bhríde, Mullagherafferty). It will then travel to Carrickasedge School and continue on foot from there to the Rockchapel. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line that route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.
