Liam McCloskey

The peaceful death has taken place at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Letterkenny on Sunday 6th October 2024 of Liam McCloskey, Ard Caorthainn, Kiltoy, Letterkenny F92 W2FE.

Deeply missed by his loving family, daughters Eithne, Bernadette, Orla Foster and Derbhle Gould, sons Pearse, Enda, Garvan and Conor, 19 grandchildren, brother John (Letterkenny), sister MaryEllen (Nottingham, England) sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family, friends and neighbours.

Liam is predeceased by his wife Mary, brothers and sisters Eddie, Bridie, Anton, Paddy, Phia and Annie.

Rest in Peace

Liam’s remains will be reposing at his late home on Sunday 6th October from 6pm until 9pm and on Monday 7th October from 12 noon until 9pm with Rosary both nights at 9pm.

Funeral from there on Tuesday 8th October at 10.30am going to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballyraine, Letterkenny for 11am Requiem Mass which can be viewed on https://www.youtube.com/@churchoftheirishmartyrs4657. Interment afterwards in St. Columba’s Church Cemetery, Drumoghill F92 C8C5.
