The death has occurred of
Liam O'Rourke
O'Rourke, late of High Street, Skibbereen, Co.Cork and formerly of Granard, Co. Longford. On Tuesday 25th November, 2025, peacefully at Duleek Nursing Home, Co. Meath. LIAM, predeceased by his parents Joseph and Kathleen, his brothers Joe, Jimmy, Hughie and twin brother Sean. Beloved husband of Helen (nee O'Neill) and much loved father of Mark, Maeve and Claire. Sadly missed by his brother Frank, sisters-in-law Angela, Geraldine and Marie, brother-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Saranne and sons-in-law Carlos and Fran. Liam was a kind and loving grandad to Breffni, Bronwyn, Alex, Fabio, Javier, Finn and Kila.
He will be fondly remembered by his nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and circle of friends in the Skibbereen community.

Reposing at Romie O'Donovan's Funeral Home, North Street, Skibbereen on Friday, 28th November from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Saturday, 29th November in St.Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen at 12 noon livestreamed on http://Skibbereenandrath.ie Funeral afterwards to St.Patrick’s Cemetery, Coronea, Skibbereen via the bypass.
