LIAM SCANLON

LIAM SCANLON (CONNOLLY STREET, MIDLETON) On October 16th 2025 peacefully in the care of the staff at the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Maura, grand-daughter Leigh and his sister Ann.

Sadly missed by his son Oliver, grandson Aidan, daughter-in-law Alex, brother Pat and his wife Helen, nieces Emily, Gráinne, Margaret, Marion and Jennifer, extended family and many friends.

Liam’s family wish the acknowledge and give thanks to Liam’s home careers especially Majella and Lisa for their care and support over the years and also to the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital for their excellent care given to Liam.

May Liam Rest In Peace.

Liam will repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Sunday 19th from 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday 20th at 2pm in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
