Liam Whelan

Whelan, Liam (Belgard Heights), 15th March, 2025; peacefully surrounded by his loving family, in the care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital; beloved husband of Deirdre, much loved father of Seán, Rhona, Eimear and Donal, adored grandad of Jack, Alex, Zara, Fiadh, Aoibhín and Georgia & predeceased by his sister Joan. Sadly missed and forever loved by his loving wife, sons, daughters, daughters-in-law Lisa & Louisa, sons-in-law Eoin & AJ, brothers Barry & Niall, sister Antoinette, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at his Family Home on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11.30am in Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
