The death has occurred of
Lila Delaney
(née Dowling)
Delaney (Belgooly) on October 14th 2023 peacefully at her home in The Meadows, Belgooly and surrounded by her loving family. Lila (née Dowling), beloved wife of the late Noel and dear mother of Ciarán, Aidan and Olga, adored grandmother of Heather, James, Callum and Sophia. Predeceased by her parents Eddie and Hannah (Maisie) and sisters Marie and Breda.
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Eileen and Miriam, brothers Billy and Charlie, sisters-in-law Carmel and Jackie, nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours and her faithful furry friend Sadie.
Lila will be lying in repose at her home on Sunday from 5pm to 6pm. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 9.30am in Sacred Heart Church, Belgooly, funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
Donations in lieu of flowers to Marymount Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society.
