The death has occurred of
Lilia (Elizabeth) Aherne
AHERNE (Ringaskiddy, Cork): On April 22nd 2021, peacefully, in the excellent care of the staff at Cork University Hospital (MSSU), LILIA (ELIZABETH) (née Byrne), beloved wife of the late Tom and loving mother of Lorcán, Ethel and Irene (Hegarty).
Sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Gráinne, son-in-law Padraig, beloved granddaughter Saoirse, sisters Vera, Valerie and Lucia, brothers-in-law Jerry and Bill, nephews, nieces, relatives, carers, staff at Rochestown Nursing Home, friends and neighbours.
