Lillie (Elizabeth) Curran (née Delaney), The Park, Gibbonstown, Rochfortbridge, Co Westmeath and formerly Derryiron, Rhode, Co Offaly - passed away 28th February 2025, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Sancta Maria Nursing Home, Kinnegad with her heartbroken family by her side. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Nicholas, brothers Frank, Tom and Joe and nephew Ray. She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her devoted family, Jeanette (Kelly), Anne (Moran), Michael, Nuala (Isdell) and Lillian (Moran), her dear niece Mary, sons-in-law Michael, Larry, Paul and Mark, her adored and cherished grandchildren David, Clodagh, Gráinne, Dearbhla, Gavin, Nicholas, Laura, Aidan, Hugh, Michael and Seán, sisters-in-law May and Carmel, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, wonderful neighbours and friends.
May Lillie's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Lillie will repose at John Healy's Chapel of Rest, Rochfortbridge, Co Westmeath (N91 R291) on Sunday 2nd March from 3.30pm until 5.30pm. Removal thereafter to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Rochfortbridge to arrive for 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in Meedin cemetery.

The Curran family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Sancta Maria Nursing Home, the doctors and nurses of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar for the excellent care of Lillie and also to the exceptional carers who tended to Lillie in her home.
