Lilly Dempsey

Lilly died peacefully in the care of the staff of Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her family, on November 20th, 2023. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kathleen and sister Crissie (Dorest, England). Lilly will be sadly missed and forever remembered with love by her heartbroken family, her adored daughter Cathy, sister Mary, brother Joe, brother-in-law John Fancy (Dorest, England), nieces Sharon and Helen, nephew Aidrian, relatives, great neighbours and friends, especially her life long friend Sean.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal,

Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Rest in Peace.

Lilly's remains will repose in her home on Tuesday 21st from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, Edgeworthstown, on Wednesday 22th at 12 noon, following Mass Lilly will be laid to rest in the family plot in Aughafin Cemetery.
