LILY (ELIZABETH) O'SULLIVAN
(née O'SULLIVAN)
O’Sullivan, Lily (Elizabeth) (nee O’Sullivan) (Ballycommane, Durrus, and formally of Whiddy Island and Gearhies): On October 12, 2020, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, wife of the late Con, sister of the late Bertie, Connie, Nellie and Mary, beloved and devoted mother of Jerry, Margaret (O’Leary), Paul, Ann (O’Mahony), Eileen (Daly), Bernie (Crowley), Connie, Liz (Collins), Sam, John and Timmy. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken family, sister Katie and brother Thomas, sisters-in-law Mary and Sr Ann-Marie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her 26 grandchildren, her great-grandson Reece, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace
Lily’s funeral will take place in accordance with current Government and HSE guidelines. Funeral cortège will leave her home on Thursday October 15, at 12pm approx. to Sacred Heart Church, Durrus, for a private Requiem Mass at 1.30pm, followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Friends of Bantry General Hospital.
