Hamilton (née Lancaster) Lily, 20th June, peacefully at home with her daughters. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Exquisitely loving and enormously loved Mam of Siobhán and Vivienne, adored Nana of Emmet, Robert and Elliot, cherished mother-in-law of Ali and Stephen. Lily will be forever loved and missed by her daughters, her grandsons and her sons-in-law. Deeply regretted by her stepson Noel and his wife Jean, stepdaughter Jacinta and her late husband Des, together with their children and grandchildren; brother in-law Noel, sister in-law Marie, nieces, nephews, relatives and lovely friends and neighbours in Cabra and Clonsilla. May Lily rest in peace.

To the world she was our Mother, to us she was the world.

Lily will be reposing at Vivienne’s home on Saturday, June 22nd, from 4pm to 7pm. House private on Sunday. Funeral mass at the Church of St. Nicholas of Myra, Francis Street, Dublin 8 on Monday, June 24th, at 10:00am, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Churchyard, Clonsilla.
