Lily (Teresa) McCluskey, (Née Walsh)

Ballyfrunk, Ballycallan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Newtown, Kells, Co. Kilkenny

Lily passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny on Sunday, 30th June 2024.

She was the beloved wife of the late Frank, mother of Tony, Tomás and Padraig, sister of Thomas and the late Breda, Maura, Alice, Bernie, Margaret, Monica and Imelda.

Lily will be sadly missed by her family, daughters-in-law Ann, Pamela and Mary, grandchildren Leanna and her husband Shane, Conal, Rory, Charlotte, Alex, Fergal, Kate, Frank and Charlie and their partners, great-grandson Lorcan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home in Ballyfrunk, Ballycallan, Co. Kilkenny, (Eircode R95 C4E3) on Tuesday, 2nd July from 3pm until 8pm, pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.

Funeral arriving to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballycallan (Eircode R95 W726) for Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballykeeffe.
