Linda WALSH
(née Egan)

Linda Walsh (nee Egan) August 29th 1960 – November 13th 2019. Formerly of Blanchardstown.  Late of Los Angeles. Linda died at home in California after gracefully coping with a long illness, in the loving embrace of her family and siblings.

She touched many lives and will be missed by all who loved her, most especially her husband Colm, her daughter Kate and son-in-law Jonathan.  Also grieving are her mother Irene and her sisters Julie, Anne and Irene and brothers Anthony, Matthew, James and Andrew who helped to lighten her load with loving care throughout her illness. She will be missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law whom she counted as special friends as they shared her life’s journey.  Linda’s nieces and nephews also mourn her passing. They were very special to her as also were her neighbors and friends in California and in Ireland whose lives were touched in different ways by her kindness over the years.

A Memorial Service for Linda will take place at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown, on Wednesday (December 4th) at 11:00 am, followed by the burial of her ashes at St. Mary’s Churchyard, Clonsilla.  No flowers please, but donations to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (https://ocrahope.org/) would be appreciated.
