October 23rd 2020, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at home.

Liz will by sadly missed by her heart-broken best friend & husband Derek.

Devoted mother will forever be loved by her adored children Odhran, Niamh, Cillian & Fiadh.

Beloved & cherished daughter of Liam & Margaret, will so fondly be remembered always.

Dearly loved sister to Bernard, Ruth & Siobhan will never be forgotten.

Fondly remembered by her loving family grandmother Bridget, mother-in-law Peggy, father-in-law Tony, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family, neighbours & her many wonderful friends.

   Due to government and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings, Liz’s Requiem Mass will be for immediate family only, which will take place in St Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Sunday 25th at 2 o’clock, followed by burial in Mount-Pleasant Cemetery.

“Family flowers only donations to Galway Hospice”.

Liz’s Funeral Mass will be streamed online

The Leahy and Mulvany families deeply appreciate your kindness, loyalty, love and support at this time. A Memorial mass for Liz will be held at a later date. The family wish to thank most sincerely all our fantastic friends and the medical teams for their care and support.

Finally to our Liz you were an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, with a heart of gold, who spent your time caring for everyone. It’s too soon to have to let you go, Sleep in peace until we meet again xxx.
