Graiguecullen, Carlow

Liz McCarney (née Lawler) Pacelli Avenue, Graiguecullen, Carlow, December 18th 2025 peacefully in the kind and gentle care of Borris Lodge Nursing Home in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late George and much loved mother of Caroline and Marie. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Edward and Mario, grandsons Colm, Niall, Luke, Mark, Robert and their partners, great-grandchildren Ailbhe, Daragh and Liam, sister-in-law Anne McCarney, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May Liz Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Sunday, Dec 21st from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 12noon in St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
