Liz Scanlon (née Meehan), Knocknasna, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, formerly of Islandanny, Kilmorna, Co. Kerry, passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on Tuesday, 11th June 2024, with her family by her side. Liz, loving wife of the late Patrick, is very sadly missed by her sons Ted and Tony, daughter Linda, son-in-law Tom, grandchildren Jordanna and Thomas, Thomas’s partner Rachel, great-grandchildren Kieran, Chloe and Killian, nephews, nieces, all her other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Harnett’s Funeral Home, The Square, Abbeyfeale (V94 AK44) on Friday, 14th June, from 6.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Removal on Saturday, 15th June to The Church of the Assumption, Abbeyfeale to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11.00 a.m.

Requiem Mass will be live streamed on the following link:

Interment afterwards in Reilig Íde Naofa, Abbeyfeale.
