Moody Lorraine (nee Quigley) (28th August 2025) (Clondalkin and late of Landen Road, Ballyfermot) peacefully, after an illness, bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family in the kind and wonderful care of all the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross and previously under the wonderful care of all the staff of The Maguire Ward, Tallaght Hospital;

 

Beloved wife of John and adored mother of Gemma and Karla, also remembering her late parents Dessie and Vera, mother-in-law Elizabeth and brother-in-law Dennis;

 

Lorraine will be very dearly missed by her loving husband, daughters, sons-in-law Chris and Shaun, grandchildren Ollie, Kora, Hugo, Louis and Lyla, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews especially her goddaughter Rachel, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village on Monday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin Village and afterwards to The Temple, Newlands Cross Cemetery followed by cremation at 1pm.
