Louis Duffy

Louis passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Much loved and dedicated husband to Sadie of 57 years. Cherished father to Patrick, Anne, Louis, Paul, Brian and Kevin. Louis will be sadly missed by daughters-in-law Anna, Tina, Liz and Lisa-Marie and son-in-law Thomas and his many grandchildren. Deeply regretted by his brothers, William, Frank, Richard and Peadar, loving sister Bridie Luttrell and sisters-in-law and brother-in-law. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary-Anne, his sisters Nancy Whelehan and Moira Donoher and his brother Patrick Joseph.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr Boland, Carers and Palliative Care Team who have cared for Louis over the last few years.

Reposing at his residence (eircode W34 RD35) on Saturday from 2 pm with Recital of the Rosary at 8 pm. Removal by Whelehan Funeral Directors on Sunday at 1:30 pm arriving at St Peter and Paul's Church, Monasterevin for Requiem Mass at 2 pm. Which can be viewed on https://www.monasterevinparish.ie. Interment will follow afterwards to St Evin's Cemetery, Monasterevin. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Kildare Alzheimer's https://www.cancer.ie or Irish Cancer Society (night nurse) https://www.cancer.ie. Donation box will also be at back of church.
