Louise Allen
(née McGurk)
Louise Allen (nee McGurk) Grattan Street, Portlaoise, Co.Laois. Died January 15th 2025. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of Bernie and the staff of Ballard Nursing Home in her 104th year. Predeceased by her husband Martin, grandsons Brian and Eoin and her great granddaughter Zoe. Deeply regretted by her loving son Martin, daughters Ann and Deirdre, sister Maura, daughter in law Carmel, sons in law Brendan and Mick, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Keegan's Funeral Home on Friday, January 17th, from 6:30pm till 8pm with rosary at 7:30pm. Removal on Saturday to SS Peter and Paul's Church, Portlaoise for 2pm requiem mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul's Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to a charity of your choice.
