Louise Dodd

DODD, Louise (Late of Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Walkinstown Avenue, Dublin 12). It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing after a brief illness of Louise Dodd surrounded by her loving family in St. James's Hospital on Monday, 22nd September 2025. Louise is predeceased by her mother Mary, father John, daughter baby Louise and most recently her grandson baby Archie.

Louise will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Padraig, her cherished daughter Carina, son Gavin, grandchildren, Éabha, Harry, Leon and Rían along with her sisters Noreen and Marie, brother Michael, daughter-in-law Emma, son-in-law, Derek, brother-in-law Philip, sister-in-law Dolly, her nieces and nephews, her extended family, friends and neighbours.

A woman of endless compassion and boundless love, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Her warmth kindness and family devotion were the foundation of our family, and her beautiful spirit will live on in our hearts.

May she Rest in Peace in the warmth and joy of heaven, in the company of those she missed greatly.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 109 The Coombe, Dublin 8, D08 AK10 from 3pm until 6pm on Thursday September 25th. Funeral Mass on Friday September 26th at 11.30am in Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery.
