23rd March 2020.
Peacefully after a long illness bravely borne. So sadly missed forever by her loving and heartbroken son Simon. She will be deeply regretted by her relatives, neighbours and many good friends.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Due to official government restrictions on public gatherings, Lucy will repose privately at her home. Private Requiem Mass will take place in St. Michael's Church, Ballinasloe. Burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery. For those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, may leave their message of condolence for the family in the 'condolences' section below.
A Celebration Mass of Lucy's life will be held at a later date.
