Luke Torris

The death has occurred of Luke Torris, Lawlesstown, Dunleer, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Bon Secours Hospital, Dublin, after a short illness, aged 86 years. Luke, beloved husband of Eileen (née Flood) and loving father of Mary, Luke, Madeleine, Declan, Aiden and Colm. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Mary and brothers Jim, Paddy and Oliver, sister-in-law Anna and nephews Joe and Shay. Deeply regretted by his wife, sons, daughters, brothers Vincie, Tony and Noel, grandchildren Sabrina, Sophia, Christina, Elena, Jill, Roisín, Fiona, Oliver and Michael, sons-in-law Martin and Brian, daughters -in-law Anita and Kamila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (A92 V38H) on Friday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday to Saint Brigid's Church, Dunleer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon which can be viewed live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/. Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery. Messages of sympathy may be left in the Condolence section below.
