Lynda Day (née Wheatley) of Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow, passed away at home, on Monday 24th November, 2025. Much loved wife of Willie, a wonderful mother to Luke, Wesley and the late Simon and William , loving mother-in-law of Analia and adored Naggy of Evelyn. She will be greatly missed by her family, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives friends and neighbours.

 

Reposing at her home on Thursday evening (Nov.27) from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. House private at all other times please. Removal from her home on Friday afternoon (Nov.28) at 2.45pm, walking to St. Matthew’s Church, Newtownmountkennedy, arriving for Funeral Service at 3.00pm. Cremation will take place privately at a later date. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Pieta House.
