Míceál Hunt

HUNT Míceál (Knocklyon, Dublin and formerly Roscommon Town) 22nd July 2022 (peacefully) at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Son of the late Séamus Hunt, Smutternagh, Boyle, Co Roscommon and Tessie Bruen, Ross Port, Co Mayo and Knockvicar, Boyle, Co Roscommon. Deeply regretted by his loving wife, Catherine (Kitty Corcoran), daughters Áine and Emma, son-in-law Ross Kelly, his extraordinary grandchildren Rory and Sadhbh, his sisters Máirín Murphy (Dublin) and Caitlín Browne (Roscommon), his brothers Tom (San Francisco), Séamus (Knockcroghery) and Cathal (Roscommon) and the family of his late sister, Treasa Connolly. Also regretted by the extended Hunt and Corcoran families, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his Aunt Clare, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours. 

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Rathfarnham, Wednesday (27th July) between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm, removal Thursday morning to St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon, arriving for 11.30 am Funeral Mass followed by burial at Kilmashogue Cemetery.
