Michael Delaney

Delaney, Michael (Brookwood, Artane) - 4th May, 2020 (peacefully) at home after an illness bravely borne, in the tender care of his family and the nurses of St Francis Hospice. Deeply beloved husband of Fionnuala and loving caring father of Laoise and Ríona. He will be very sadly missed by Fionnuala, Laoise and Ríona, his loving parents Michael and Deirdre, sisters Aisling and Laura, brother David, parents-in-law Seán and Bláthnaid, sister-in-law Emer, brothers-in-law Cillian and Éanna, wider family, life-long friends, colleagues and neighbours.

In line with government guidelines, Michael’s funeral will be private. It will be livestreamed at 12.00 midday on Wednesday, 6th May, and can be accessed at: https://stanthonysclontarf.ie/live-feed. Burial afterwards in St Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton.

A celebration of Michael’s life will take place when times are better. Messages of condolences can be left below, or sent in the traditional manner.
