Mabel Giltinan
(née Macdowall)
Giltinan (Ballincollig, Cork and Tralee) On October 8th 2025, peacefully at Cork University Hospital Mabel (née Macdowall) beloved wife of the late Michael and loving mother of Anne, Valerie (Boston) and Stephen (Perth), sister of Dr. Jennifer Daly and the late Roddy Macdowall and fond grandmother of Phoebe Anderton (Melbourne), Zack Daly, Finn William Giltinan (Perth). Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law John Daly and Marc Herman, grandchildren, sister, brothers-in-law Kevin and Michael, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig (P31 W982) Friday (10th) from 6.00pm with prayers at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass at 11am Saturday in the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig Funeral afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery. Family flowers only.
