It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Madeline McQuillan (nee Byrne) (Galtymore Road, Drimnagh and formerly of the Liberties, Dublin 8 and former president of Drimnagh Ladies Club) 9th June 2024; Beloved wife and best friend of the late Gerry and loving mam of the late Gerard; Madeline will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her adored family, children Collette, Virginia, Felicia, Jacinta, Alan, Michael and her adopted son (nephew) John, daughters-in-law, Maria and Debbie, sons-in-law Paddy, Paul, Padraig and Padraig, her 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, loving brother Seamus, sisters-in-law Dinah, Joan, Patricia (chickens) and Pat (London), nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May Madeline rest in peace.

Madeline will be reposing at her home on Tuesday (11th June) from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (12th June) at 10am in the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
