The death has occurred of Mae MURTAGH nee Mc Creesh (Murtagh’s Bar & Guesthouse) 13 North Street, Crossmaglen on the 8th of August 2023 peacefully at home in the loving care of her family. Wife of the late Peter RIP. Cherished mother of Fr. Michael PP Dunleer, Francis (Ardee), Terry, Aidan & Martin, mother-in-law of Letty, Kathleen & Marguerita, sister of Alice O’Neill and the late Eileen Creegan. Loving grandmother and great-grandmother.
Reposing at her home from 2pm on Tuesday (visitors welcome to pay their respect on Tuesday & Wednesday). Funeral on Thursday, August 10th 2023, leaving her home at 10:30am to St.Patrick’s Church, Crossmaglen arriving for requiem mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Shelagh.
Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours & friends.
