(née Sroczyńska)

ROE, Magdalena (née Sroczyńska), late of Ballinteer, Dublin and formerly of Kraków, Poland, passed away peacefully on the 7th of May 2022 at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Beloved wife and best friend of David and treasured mother to Liam. Pre-deceased by her father Mietek; she will be greatly missed by her heartbroken husband, son, mother Maria, sister Gosia, mother-in-law Marian, sister-in-law Barbara, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

The Roe/Sroczyńska families would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at St Vincent’s Hospital, St James’s Hospital and Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, for the dedicated care of Magda during her illness.

Magda will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Thursday, May 12th, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 11am Mass, followed by a cremation service at 1pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
