Clontarf, Dublin / Bagenalstown, Carlow

Burke, Mai (née Hogan) – 5th April 2026, (Clontarf, and formerly of Bagenalstown, County Carlow), passed away peacefully in the Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Richard, and her brother Martin.

 

Mai will be very sadly missed by her loving children Richard, Orlagh, Eoghan, Fergal and Sinéad, son-in-law Ollie, daughters-in-law Fionnuala and Siobhan, grandchildren Kate, James, Richard, Alexandra, Sophie, Isabelle, Euan, Ella, Oisín, Zoe, Libby, and Hugh, brother Willie, sisters Claire and Rita, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in her residence on Thursday 9th April from 5-8pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Anthony’s Church, Clontarf, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery.
